Co-dependency and incompleteness dissolves when the Self awakens to its own divinity. Because most people have been stomped on their entire life, it is sometimes difficult for them to accept at first that they are a divine being at heart. But since everything in existence stems from the divine Source, then that must include every One, does it not? A Spiritual Life Coach can help you to realize both your holiness and wholeness and as result, transcend co-dependency.
When we identify in ourselves particular traits that we label as “sins,” that only reinforces the fallacy that we are unworthy of holiness or “sinners.” But “sin” only means “missing the mark.” It’s a simple mistake and mistakes are how we learn. Ever know anyone who didn’t make a mistake? Feeling unworthy of our natural birthright, we take the trek of life with our head down, ashamed of our inner light. And this is ultimately what we fear after all; the truth that we are all powerful. Somehow, somewhere, to some degree we all know this.
A major misnomer in our culture is that we need to be with another in order to become complete. This is not true. Realizing your wholeness is part of the path to becoming the Next Human. So you may ask, “How do I achieve wholeness?” The first step is having Life Coach in Santa Rosa Ca the desire to do so. That’s the most difficult part, believe it or not. Most people are not ready to awaken, not ready to be “unplugged” from the system of control. They depend on it much like an addict depends on that next glass of alcohol or pill. But if you are truly ready to transform, for serious change, then you’ve already chosen wholeness and the holiness that comes along with it.
The next step is letting go of the attachment to be in a relationship. Period. There’s no longing, no pining, no yearning. None. You’ve already learned to identify and satisfy your own needs, and therefore there’s no inner compulsion to be with another warm body because of a lingering feeling of incompleteness. You may be alone for long periods of time, perhaps years on end, but this doesn’t matter because you’ve already found wholeness from the limitless source of holiness within. Even though you are alone, you are not lonely.
Then at some point, if a potential partner does enter into your life, you will not act on it because an inner lacking or a need to act. If you act, you will do so because you choose to, not because of an overwhelming compulsion. Then you’ll be exercising your wholeness as well as your holiness.
